Christmas card from last year. . .

I can't believe that I've been missing in action for this long!!! My New Year's Resolution (one of them) is going to be to write on my blog daily starting in January! Ever since Thansgiving I've just been so non stop busy. My son's birthday, my birthday, workshops and all the holidays. . .
This card today is a card I made last year for work. This is all the girls in the office thumb print for the reindeers. We alll dipped our thumbs in brown ink. I used a retired swirl wheel from SU. And a fine black marker for the ears and writing. Red Stickles for the nose!
I'm going to be posting ALL THE GREAT CARDS I received from Jen's Birthday RAK! They were all SO GREAT, so stay tuned for that!

Swap Cards . . .

Tonite I'm participating in a card swap. So this is the card that I will be swapping. I needed 14 of these bad boys, so I made 18! :0) (just in case I need a card later). In side my card it reads, "I picked this just for you!"

I used the Lion from TAC. SU paper, R.Rust and More Mustard and C. Chip. I used SU Weathered background stamp. Ribbon from Walmart and SU watercolor pencils. I like the way it turned out! I hope they like 'em. See ya tomorrow!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am most thankful for my family and friends. I can't wait till later today for the turkey and my favorite part the stuffing! Yummy! Later on today I will spend the day with my in-laws. :0) My card for today is my Thanksgiving card made with all SU products except for the ribbon and sunflower are from Walmart. I hope you all have a blessed and happy day!

The card for tonite is a gift card holder for Thanksgiving. I used the crayon resist technique on the pumpkins. And I distressed around the paper. This card was made with all SU products. Hope you like and thanks for looking.

Oh My Gosh . . .

It's about time! Yahoo! I've been trying to post a picture of cards for like a week already. Here is a simple, quick Thank You card I did. I had my Acetate Card class yesterday, so I'm going to try to post those pictures next!

I'm a la la . . .

I'm am such a la la. La la (dorkie). I received this awesome RAK last week which I posted and I didn't want to open the pretty little box. BUT, I had a sweet tooth and decided to open it. And instead of candy inside, it was FULL of awesome goodies!! I received the cutest little clear stamp set, bling, flowers and ribbon!!! Oh My Gosh! It was like XMAS!!! It was AWESOME!! Thanks for my wonderful RAK!

Hi Everybody in blogland! I like to join Jen's Aloha RAK that she holds monthly and today when I got home from work look what was waiting for me in the mail! I received a beautiful RAK (Random Act of Kindness) from Corie. ( www.creationsbycorie.blogspot.com ) .
Don't cha just love it!!!

My next card I posted is a card that I made for my cousin. Her baby shower is tomorrow and I was just dying to ink up this stamp that I bought from TAC. The little foot embellishment is from Walmart. I used SU paper and SU pencils to color her in.

Hello Everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for a while. With the fires going on down here, lots of our family has had to evacuate and we've just had a lot of family stuffs going on. .. blah, blah, blah! On to the good stuff. . . These cards are all made from SU products and are all gift card holders. The clear pillow box is made using my Quickutz.
The second picture is a picture of me and hubby. We snuck away last weekend to check out Disneyland and how cute it is decorated all for Halloween. :0) See ya'll tommarow!

Here is my creation for the day. This little card is made from SU Fun & Fast Notes. Barely Banana and Bashful Blue. Although you can't tell from the scan, the middle of the flower has yellow glitter. . . So Cute!

I'm back! I've been in Las Vegas this last weekend with the hubby is car won 1st place for Radical Convertible at the Las Vegas Lowrider Supershow. YEAH!!!!! He also won 1st place for best graphics! YEAH!!!!! . . . . . . that's my man! :0)

Here is a card I made from my new stamps from The Cat's Pajamas. I CASED this card from someone's blog, please forgive me I can't remember her name to give her the proper credit. (I'm sorry). For this card I used SU Night of Navy, Old Olive. DDiamonds glitter. And due to my bad scanning skills you can't see the pretty navy blue ribbon at the top. See ya'll later . . .

Happy Monday! I finally went to Target to buy a new keyboard. Yeah! My "A" key was broken and I haven't been able to post. So now, I'm back in business. hehehe

I picked up these writing tabs of paper at Target in the $1 dollar bin. They have magnet strips on the back. I peeled the top magnet off and folded black cardstock over the top of the paper and then re-applied the magnet with a piece of sticky strip.

I used SU Batty for You set and wiggly eyes.

My Kickstand Cards. . .

I haven't posted anything lately because the kids are all back! YEAH! But now since ther back I've been busy with laundry and daily stuffs. Today I learned how to make kickstand cards. I love these cards! I totally forgot to color my ghost before I posted this but just imagine him colored :0)
